The brand reports an average unit volume of approximately $1.9 million, supported by a robust operational framework. A dedicated 10-person support team, with over 200 years of combined experience, provides franchisees with practical guidance and proven strategies.

New franchisees receive monthly coaching during their first year, transitioning to quarterly sessions thereafter. Additional support includes HR services and technology systems that streamline day-to-day operations.
The company’s proprietary platform, known as “the pond,” centralizes training, reporting and curriculum delivery, enabling franchisees to manage their business efficiently from a single interface.
